Payment and Fees
Employer Fees: Rs. 100 per job posting.
Candidate Fees: Rs. 100 per job application.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Employers and candidates are responsible for reviewing the refund terms before making payments.
Limitations of Liability
- Maha Manpower LLP is not responsible for the actions or conduct of employers or candidates.
- We do not guarantee job placements or employment success for candidates.
- We are not responsible for any discrepancies or disputes between employers and candidates.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate any of the terms of use.
- Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the services or any data you have submitted.

Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Erode, Tamil Nadu.
